Store and user at room temperature
Use immediately after opening
Avoid excessive heat (showers, baths, swimming, hot tubs, dishes, stovetop/cooking, etc.) for at least 2-4 hours after application to allow best adhesion
Apply nail strips prior to going to bed - adhesive can set while you sleep
Do not allow nail strip to make contact with cuticle or skin around nail - this may cause nail strip to peel around those edges
Do not allow nail strips to hang over nail front edge - file clean to nail edge to avoid strips from getting caught on items like hair, clothes, sheets, etc.
